Yesterday morning my wife and I went for a walk. We headed just up the road from us to a park called Tynehead Park.

We could have walked more of the park. However, any time we paused to enjoy the moment- mosquitos! The last bit of our walk pushed us to get done and make it to the car. We still got our heart rate up a tad as we hustled at a bit more than a jaunt.

It was a nice time with my wife, even if I was still kicking slugs off the path. Such gross bugs.
